We also use attribution parameters (UTM, gclid, fbclid) to understand your visit source, and these are stored only inside your lead record. We do not send your name, phone number, messages, uploaded filenames, location, or any personal identifier to advertising platforms. No analytics or advertising script loads before you consent.

You can accept or decline analytics and advertising tools at any time. The request form, WhatsApp, and phone calls work without consent.

When you withdraw consent, we stop firing analytics events. You may need to reload the page to clear any previously loaded scripts.

File Uploads

Uploaded photos and drawings are used only to assess and quote your project. We accept specific types (images and PDF) up to 10MB per file and a maximum of 6 files. We do not share your files with any external party except trusted technicians or suppliers needed to deliver the requested service.
