Acceptance of Terms
By using jomatrix.com and JOMATRIX services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
Scope of Services
JOMATRIX provides fit-out, renovation, technical maintenance, and facility management services for residential and commercial properties in Dubai and the UAE. All services are subject to site inspection and a written quotation before execution.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change based on actual scope discovered after inspection. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Payments
Payment terms are specified in the quotation or contract. Any advance payment and milestone payment schedule are stated clearly before work begins.
Warranty
Warranties apply to completed works only when explicitly stated in the quotation or contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.
Liability
JOMATRIX adheres to Dubai building and maintenance standards. Our liability is limited to the contract value. For inquiries, contact us at info@jomatrix.ae.
